There is a LOT of fallacy out there regarding the mind, personal choice, intention, being the cause of pain, especially regarding tight fascia.
It seems the topic of choice for 10 years for massage therapists. Yet they have not found how to ‘keep’ it released.
That’s what my program does. It keeps the fascia from tightening again. It becomes normal.
How the mind is affected is by the level of inflammation in the body. If a person tosses and turns at night it could be something on the mind, or emotions, or it could be a sign of physical inflammation load. When the systemic inflammation load is moderate to high the body will toss and turn so it doesn’t stagnate and tie up, freeze the body, or even die. The body, not necessarily the mind, is told by the autonomic nervous system, to turn or move, it does so. It is like taking your hand quickly from a flame.
The mind is RESPONSIVE to the body’s sub-aware pain but it doesn’t control it. Even when we are highly aware during intense circumstances, the mind is just responding to the surroundings. Yes, we can ‘will’ a certain attitude and THAT, THAT can and does, certainly affect the acid/alkaline balance in the body. Peace is alkalizing. Love is alkalizing. Happiness is alkalizing. We can choose to be so as well as align ourselves in situations that are conducive to love, peace and joy. However the degree of value that is given to this ‘reason’ for pain is unbalanced and not considering that not only is the brain part of the physical body, but the body always comes first in healing. Then the mind and emotions, lastly the spirit.
So let’s put healing in its proper order. Body, mind, spirit.
Number One. First drink water. Eat good food. Oops. I guess that is a choice. Did that come from the mind or the spirit? Either way all are involved, but to HEAL it, bring it back to normal, the body is the one we address – even though the mind directs it.
Lest you think the mind ‘controls everything’ consider this.
A positive attitude won’t change anything unless it affects the body. If the body doesn’t get itself off its butt and exercise, put a smile on that face, make the right meals, put good things into the mouth, the attitude yields nothing.
So the mind is not the cause of pain nor the cure, but its peace is very alkalizing and therefore anti-inflammatory. That is not only valuable but necessary to a healthy body.
I would say that the intentional effect of the healthcare system is to make the masses dependent on their methods. When someone is dependent they are not autonomous but subject to the one over them. This brings about a ‘non-thinking’ mindset. A submissive mindset. One that does not think unless told. When this happens there is a subconscious feeling of oppression, or rather depression. Is that a good feeling? Will that affect the mindset, the will, of the individual? Yes. It is passive in the disease though and not direct. The direct cause is the act of submitting to the healthcare system.
Do you think they’ll sign anyone after me for revealing this? I hope not. I hope I will bring so much truth to the masses that the healthcare system is positively affected to change their ways. The goal should be to bring knowledge to people, not try to oppress us for their financial gain.
Thank God that our next generation won’t stand for oppression, but the truth.
